DESCRIPTION
The ZF-56 16″ is a semi-auto rifle with a roller-delayed blowback operating system. This rifle is chambered in 5.56 and comes with a full length Picatinny rail, & a cold hammer-forged barrel. The American Made ZF-56 also features a last round bolt hold open system. This firearm features a buffer tube compatible end cap, along with a buffer tube and stock.

I picked up one of these rifles for the mere purposes of science. After watching several youtubers talking about the shortcomings of their rifles, I wanted to prove them wrong. I did spend a couple of hours going over the rifle and adding oil as I worked the action. Once she was smooth and quiet, I mounted a muzzle device for my Razor 556 and threw it in the range case. My first experience was awesome. Rifle shot smooth, felt lighter than anticipated and had minimal felt recoil. Fast forward to the current round count of roughly 1000 rounds and I reach for this before my ar’s if I’m going to shoot 556. thanks to the roller delay, you get an incredibly accurate rifle and its actually noticeably quieter than an equal length ar when suppressed.

This is my second gun from Zenith; I got the ZF-5 back last spring. After shooting the ZF-5 I knew I had to get the ZF-56. When the price dropped I jumped on it. As soon as I got my ZF-5 I filed to SBR it so now I had a sweet shooting little SBR. I went with the full size 16 inch on my ZF-56. Love everything about the gun, feels solid and well built. On a side note I live in Virginia and any way I can support a Virginia company is a plus. Also the rifle arrive in a beast of a case.

I got in on the introductory offer for my ZF-56 rifle and am glad I did. I have taken it to the range once so far and I was impressed with how it shot and it accuracy. I was also shooting my HK 33 5.56 rifle and I believe the the new ZF-56 shot softer. So far I am very impressed with the ZF-56.

Just received my ZF-56 and put 20 rounds through it. I have to tell you, I am thoroughly impressed with everything about it. It literally ejects shells 15 -20′ away. It’s got a great stock trigger feel and great recoil. I own many AR15 and 10’s and I think I like this more than them. Can’t wait to put a suppressor on it and put more rounds through it! Great American craftmanship.
