If you experience a problem with your firearm, you must complete and submit this web form, and then email a copy of your driver’s license along with photos in support of your claim to [email protected].

Zenith Firearms can ship repaired or replaced firearms directly back to you; but, if you would like your firearm returned to a firearms dealer instead, please also email us a copy of that dealer’s FFL.

Once Zenith Firearms has reviewed your claim, a representative will contact you regarding next steps.

Please allow for a 60-day turnaround time to have your firearm returned to you.

Verify that your firearm is unloaded and that ammunition is not packed in the box.

If your Zenith Firearms is equipped with a brace DO NOT include it when you ship it back to us for warranty repair. Send it with the End cap that originally came on the gun.
