Zenith Firearms can ship repaired or replaced firearms directly back to the customer; however, if you would like your firearm returned to a firearms dealer, please also email us a copy of that dealer’s FFL. Once Zenith Firearms has reviewed your claim, a representative will contact you regarding next steps.

Please allow for a 30-day turnaround time to have your firearm returned to your possession.

Verify that your firearm is unloaded and that ammunition is not packed in the box.
