If you experience a problem with your firearm, you must complete and submit this web form, please attach a copy of your driver’s license along with photos in support of your claim in the designated field below or email them to [email protected]

Zenith Firearms can ship your repaired firearms directly back to you. If you would like your firearm to be returned to a firearms dealer instead, please also email us a copy of that dealer’s FFL. If you send a firearm to us from an FFL Dealer we have to send it back to an FFL Dealer.

Once Zenith Firearms has reviewed your claim, a representative will contact you regarding next steps.

Please allow for a 60-day turnaround time to have your firearm returned to you.

Verify that your firearm is unloaded and that ammunition is not packed in the box.

If your Zenith Firearms is equipped with a brace DO NOT include it when you ship it back to us for warranty repair. Send it with the End cap that originally came on the gun.
